This page is where I will put cool cars (in my opinion) and my favourite cars that I like.
The Mazda 323f (fastback) 1991, a classic, unique car from the 90s. These cars are usually seen in red. (During the 90s, it was common for a car manufacturer to have priority to produce cars in red over other colours such as white, black etc). It was also common for, in the 90s that a car would have pop-up headlights (which brings it's uniqueness). Other car manufacturers that are also known for producing cars with pop-up headlights in the 90s are Toyota, Nissan, Porsche, Lotus, Honda and Mazda ofcourse. It was always the Japanese or European manufacturers that brought out this cool feature. Seen in the picture, the Mazda 323f in the colour white would look very similar to some other cars in the 90s, (The boxy look and the black trim in the middle). Specifically, the Toyota AE86 Series, which brought the name to a Mazda 323f owner, "Poor mans Toyota". The Mazda 323f was a long car (at its time) and came in the hatchback variant and is FWD. It wasn't slow, or fast.
The Saab 900 Aero Turbo, from the 80s was a one of a kind car. At its time, this car was known as a cheap luxary car. It being "cheap" it had all of the luxary features your average luxary car would have and Saab's own features. It was said when you started the car, it felt like you were in the cockpit of an aeroplane (Saab were well known for supplying fighter planes for WWII). Saab introduced unusual design features such as having the engine installed longitudinally (backwards), they were also slanted at a 45-degree angle which would allow Saab to install op handling "double-wishbone" suspension at the front. This car was really accessible and easy to maintain with the unique clamshell hood which was also seen used on old BMW's and Jaguars, it was very similar to a truck hood. Saab wasn't really convinced with the idea of producing their cars along a production line (robotic assistance) meaning that basically all of the cars were hand-made cars which also contributed towards their high price. They were also built to the same standard as Scania trucks in a nearby facility. A rare combination; a hand-made car that's robust as a truck. There's a famous saying about Saab that goes "Nobody could every work out why the Saab 900 cost so much, until they crashed it" What makes that sentence even more important is that it was stated by a former engineer at Volvo.
